1. SPONSOR

The Sponsor of this Promotion is 1532863 B.C. Ltd., a corporation organized under the laws of British Columbia, Canada ("Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participation: Open to registered users worldwide who are at least 18 years of age.

Prize Eligibility: To win prizes, participants must be:

• 18 years or older at time of winning
• Worldwide residents, EXCEPT:
  • Washington, Idaho, Nevada (US states)
  • Quebec (Canada)
  • Any jurisdiction where promotional contests are prohibited

Exclusions: Residents of excluded jurisdictions may participate but cannot claim prizes. Prizes will roll to next eligible winner.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion is run as a series of weekly contests. Each "Weekly Season" begins on Monday at 12:00:01 AM UTC and ends on the following Sunday at 11:59:59 PM UTC (the "Promotion Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER

Registration: Create a free account at jinx.market. Users receive 100 Jinx Credits upon signup.

Weekly Bonus: All users receive 100 bonus credits every Monday at reset. This bonus does not affect your balance total - it's free credits to use during the week.

No Purchase Necessary: Credits have no cash value and cannot be purchased. By participating, you consent to receive prize notification emails from Sponsor.

5. WINNER SELECTION

Selection: At end of each Weekly Season, the three Prize Eligible Participants with the highest weekly gains are declared potential winners.

Tie-Breaker (in order):

1. Most tournament wins during that week
2. Earliest account registration date

6. PRIZES

Weekly Prizes:

• 1st Place: $100 Amazon Gift Card + Digital Trophy
• 2nd Place: $50 Amazon Gift Card + Digital Trophy
• 3rd Place: $50 Amazon Gift Card + Digital Trophy

Total Weekly Prize Pool: $200

Prize Delivery: Prizes awarded exclusively as Amazon.com (or regional equivalent) gift cards via email. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if Amazon gift cards become unavailable.

Prize Cap: Max $550 per participant per calendar year. Winners exceeding this remain on leaderboard but prize rolls to next eligible runner-up.

No Alternative Payment: Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative payment methods. If winner cannot accept Amazon gift card, prize is forfeited.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners notified via registered email within 24 hours of weekly reset. Winners must respond within 48 hours and provide:

• Age verification (18+)
• Confirmation of residence (not in excluded jurisdiction)
• Acceptance of Amazon gift card format

Failure to respond or verify eligibility = disqualification. Prize awarded to next eligible participant.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or using automated scripts/bots.

9. GOVERNING LAW

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

10. COMMUNICATIONS

By registering, participants consent to receive promotional emails, winner notifications, and platform updates from Sponsor. Users may unsubscribe from promotional emails but must remain subscribed to transactional emails (prize notifications, account security) while account is active.
